The stainless steel iron sheet of the outer insulation layer of the jacketed kettle is torn
After the stainless steel jacketed kettle is used for a long time, there will be more or less big and small problems of this kind. Then, when the rust causes the outer pot to perforate, the large amount of steam in the jacket will eventually cause the stainless steel iron sheet of the insulation layer to crack and leak into the insulation space.
 
The main reasons are as follows
 
1. Due to the small external opening (5mm) during manufacturing, it cannot meet the requirements of rapid pressure relief, which causes the pressure in the insulation layer to increase and crack;
 
2. When the external opening just begins to release the pressure, the internal insulation material moves to the orifice due to the steam flow and the opening is blocked, causing the insulation layer to form a relatively closed space, and the pressure gradually increases, causing the stainless steel sheet to fail. Torn under excessive pressure;
  
3. The welding quality of the stainless steel sheet is not paid attention to. The outer insulation space is not considered the scope of the pressure vessel, and the manufacturing process does not need to be subject to supervision and inspection. Therefore, the welding quality is limited, the quantity cannot be guaranteed, and the tolerance is relatively small. The pressure can easily cause cracking.

According to the actual situation of the jacketed kettle with insulation, consideration can be made from the design, manufacturing, use, maintenance, inspection and testing, etc., to prevent the occurrence of corrosion and leakage accidents of the jacketed kettle with insulation.
