We generally need to add heat transfer oil in the process of using the electric heating jacketed kettle, so how to add it? What are the matters needing attention when adding heat transfer oil to the electric heating jacketed kettle? The following are the specific matters.
(1) Install an exhaust device at 45° at the right rear of the arc of the outer shell of the electric heating jacket. The exhaust device is at the high end of the jacket, which is conducive to the discharge of gas during the heating process of the heat transfer oil to prevent the heating process of the heat transfer oil. Splash out.
(2) When adding heat transfer oil to the electric heating, first lay the pot flat, fix the pot body with a locking device, and then connect the exhaust ball valve with the oil inlet device for use, and open the oil measuring hole for exhaust. Pay attention to the oil measuring hole, and place the pot flat until the heat-conducting oil overflows from this hole. This hole is also the usual heat-conducting oil observation hole. Please fill it when the heat-conducting oil is less than this limit.
(3) When the heat-conducting oil starts to heat up, remove the oil inlet oiler device and open the exhaust ball valve. After heating, close the exhaust ball valve and shake the handle to turn the pot and pour the material. Use the oil inlet oiler device as an accessory. When refueling, connect the refueling device and the exhaust ball valve for use, and remove it after refueling.
(4) After the pot, PT100 is used to measure the temperature of the heat transfer oil, and the set temperature is detected by the electric control box. When the set temperature is exceeded, the heating will not continue, on the contrary, when the temperature is lower than the set temperature, it will continue heating.
(5) Install a 3/4 ball valve at the bottom oil drain device of the electric heating jacketed kettle. When the oil needs to be drained, the ball valve can be opened, which can make the drain more convenient.
