Direct heating will cause local overheating of the heat transfer oil in the interlayer to cause coking and char formation, which is difficult to clean and affects the service life and use effect. It is best not to directly heat it.
 
Generally, the electric thermal oil jacketed kettle is used as an electric heating jacketed kettle. The electric thermal oil is used as the heat conduction medium of the electric heating jacketed kettle. The existence of the electric heating area at the bottom is not suitable for heating with an open flame.
If the stainless steel pot is directly heated with an open flame, it may cause local overheating and coking into carbon, which will affect the service life and effect.
 
When heating the sauce in the electric thermal oil jacketed kettle, the contents of the pan will not stick, depending on the performance of the sauce; as long as the electric thermal oil in the jacketed kettle is used correctly, the sauce will not be sticky.
 
It is more economical to choose electric thermal oil for heating, and you need to keep it warm; don't use a large fire for the oil furnace! Low-power electric thermal oil furnaces are not very expensive, and there are mature industrial products sold at home and abroad.
 
(1) The electric thermal oil jacketed boiler cooking kettle exhaust device is at the highest end of the jacket, which facilitates the discharge of gas during the electric thermal oil heating process to prevent the electric thermal oil from splashing out during the heating process.
(2) When adding 38kg of heat transfer oil (quantity is for reference only), first lay the pot flat, fix the pot body with a locking device, and then connect the exhaust ball valve with the oil inlet device, and open the oil measurement The hole is used for exhaust. Pay attention to the oil measuring hole, and place the pot flat until the electric thermal oil overflows from this hole. This hole is also the usual electric thermal oil observation hole. Please fill it when the electric thermal oil is less than this limit.

(3) When the electric thermal oil starts to heat, remove the oil inlet device and open the exhaust ball valve. After heating, close the exhaust ball valve and shake the handle to turn the pot to pour the material. Use the oil inlet oiler device as an accessory. When refueling, connect the refueling device and the exhaust ball valve for use, and remove it after refueling.
(4) After the pot, PT100 is used to measure the temperature of the heat transfer oil, and the set temperature is detected by the electric control box. When the set temperature is exceeded, it will not continue to heat, on the contrary, when it is lower than the set temperature, it will continue heating.
(5) At the bottom of the oil drain device, install a 3/4 ball valve (high temperature resistant to 300℃). This ball valve can be opened when the oil needs to be drained, which can make the oil drain more convenient.
