6 ways to make commercial popcorn
 
1. Italian popcorn
Recipe (for four people)
50 grams of Parmesan cheese, 3 to 4 tablespoons of high-quality vegetable oil, 4 tablespoons of popcorn corn, 50 grams of cream, 50 grams of Gorgonzola cheese
 
Operation: 1. Grate the Parmesan cheese and set it aside. 2. Prepare unsalted popcorn (see the basic recipe) and pour it into a large bowl. 3. Melt the butter in a small pot. Recipe (for four people)

Operation: 1. Prepare popcorn without salt (see the basic recipe), then pour it into a bowl. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Wrap the baking tray with aluminum foil. 2. Heat the syrup, fresh cream, milk and brown sugar in a small pot and cook for about 2 minutes. At the same time, stir well to dissolve the sugar completely. 3. Pour the syrup of step 2 evenly on the popcorn, and mix all the ingredients fully. Spread the mixed sugared popcorn flat on the baking sheet. 4.
