After turning on the power switch of the electric thermal oil cooking mixer machine, press the stirring start button to start stirring, turn the stirring speed controller to the left to the minimum, and then slowly turn to the right to the appropriate speed, and then turn on the number of temperature control switches according to the heating speed. The temperature display controller, the upper line displays the temperature, the lower line the set temperature, after the temperature rises, the right-handed stirring speed controller reaches the appropriate speed, and when it reaches the set temperature, it works normally.
When the food cooking mixer machine completes the frying process, click the stirring stop button, after positioning the stop, press the up button to stop when the lifting arm rises to the highest point, and then press the discharging button, the electric thermal oil heats the main body of the stirring cooking mixer pot to tilt and discharge. After the material is finished, press the return button. After the main body of the commercial food cooking mixing machine is returned, press the down button, the lifting arm will drop to complete a job. Continue to cycle for the next job.
Note: The oil return pump switch can only be turned on when the oil temperature drops below 160℃.

Before using the electric thermal oil heating cooking mixer kettle machine equipment, open the overflow port and fill the national standard 320# heat conduction oil through the heat conduction oil filler port. When the heat conduction oil flows out through the overflow port, stop refueling, close the overflow port, and refueling is complete.
When refueling, no impurities such as water should be mixed in. Due to the consumption of oil, it is necessary to add new oil every month to prevent dry burning.

1. Equipment lubrication, mainly the lubrication of the bearings on the left and right sides, and the lubrication of the large and small bevel gears in the rotating disc. Grease must be added once a week according to the label.
2. Add lubricating grease to the turbine worm at the discharge hand wheel regularly every month.
3. The bearing should be checked frequently, and the temperature rise should not exceed 35 degrees Celsius.
4. The rubber oil seal needs to be replaced every six months to ensure the sealing performance.
5. Before using the stirring motor, inject N320-N460 (ambient temperature 25-65 degrees Celsius) lubricating oil above the center point of the oil standard, and remove the small cone plug on the breather. After the first 100 hours of use, clean the interior and replace it with new oil, and then change the oil every 2500 hours. The maximum allowable oil temperature during use is 95 degrees Celsius. Under this temperature limit, as long as the oil temperature does not rise, you can use it with confidence.
6. Check the easy-to-fall nuts such as mixing blades every shift to prevent food from entering.
