Large Automatic Cooking Machine/Canteen Restaurant Cooking Mixer Equipment
This automatic cooking mixer kettle equipment is directly heated by gas or liquefied gas flame which can be ignited automatically and fan-supported. It heats up quickly and the pot body can reach to hundreds of degrees instantaneously, so that the materials can be quick fried or sauted. It is especially suitable for stir-frying products, such as popcorn, fast frying vegetables in large kitchens, canteens, catering, etc.
The equipment is mainly composed of a pot body, a frame, a stirring system, a heating system, a speed regulating device, a stirring shaft, and discharging system.
1. Pot boty: The pot body adopts Yixing Beihai head, a hemispherical stainless steel pot body formed by one-step stamping, with a large heating area and high thermal efficiency. All parts in contact with food are made of food grade materials.
2. Stirring system: The stirring method adopts special inclined and planetary agitation, a combination of rotation and revolution, to ensure no blind spots in the pot.
3. Dicharging system: Hydraulic devices are used to raise the stirring arms and turn the pot to discharge materials automatically. No need to disassemble the stirring device when discharging which saves manpower.
4. Speed regulating device: Using stepless variable frequency speed regulator, the speed can be adjusted from zero to a relatively high speed. It mixes the high-viscosity materials more uniform, thereby increasing heat efficiency, shortening the processing time and increase productivity.
The gas fired cooking machine can be operated automatically or manually, and can realize fully automatic process using PLC system.
Besides gas fired direct heating cooking mixer machine, there are also other heating types, such as steam heating, electric heating, induction heating, etc.
