1. Turn on the power switch of the popcorn machine and check whether the short-circuit fuse of the device is broken.
2. Turn on the heating switch of the machine, the pot body is not hot, the heating indicator light is off, and the fuse is off. Please check whether the heater wiring in the pot body of the popcorn machine is faulty, check the temperature controller is out of order, and the hob wiring is short-circuited.
3. If the heating indicator of the popcorn machine does not go out for a long time and the temperature is too high, check that the thermal thermostat is malfunctioning, and the angle of the thermal thermostat should be adjusted to 180±10℃ or replaced .
4. If the lighting lamp does not turn on after the machine's lighting thermostat switch works, replace the bulb. If the popcorn machine thermostat has no temperature, check whether the bottom plate thermostat is short-circuited.
5. If the metal sensing surface of the popcorn machine is too large, please check whether there is a good grounding device.

5. The equipment needs to be regularly maintained by personnel, and the hydraulic station needs to be replaced with anti-wear hydraulic oil regularly. Each bearing and link mechanism should be oiled regularly, and the screws should be tightened regularly.
6. If there is any abnormality in the operation of the equipment, please contact the maintenance personnel immediately. If the fault cannot be eliminated by itself, please contact the manufacturer's after-sales service.
7. Control panel operation process. Turn on the power switch and the fan switch. After the computer self-check is completed (about 3 seconds), the information display returns to zero. You can press the stirring start button and heating position to stir and heat, and turn the stirring speed button to adjust the stirring speed. Pay attention to keep the fan running for 3-5 minutes before shutting down to ensure that the coil is cooled down. Shutdown requires power off.
